This heavy bag is incredible quality. This bag is big, I can barely get my arms all the way around it. I've been using it for almost a year on the prolast quadruple bag station stand. The bag is very durable and is easy on the hands but still provides a solid punching surface. I purchased it filled and it was at the correct weight and you can tell prolast uses a high quality fill process. The bag surface is very smooth and has no lumps or soft spots. I love this bag because you can really sit down on your power punches and dig in. It is well balanced and doesn't sway or wobble with your punches.I highly recommend this punching bag for home or gym use.
